Washer and dryer in the house with on demand water heater. It is only 2 miles from downtown and FMC is 3 miles and if you take the Urban Trails by bike it is less. The driveway to the cabin is steep and AWD is recommended for the winter months . I built it for my mother in law who lived there comfortably for 8 years, but couldn't take the altitude and moved back Louisiana . Rented for 30 day periods landlord pays for utilities
