The property is a row house located in Mt Pleasant. It is 3 finished levels.
The first level is the basement from the front of the house and ground level in the back. The basement contains an “efficiency” apartment, meaning a full bath (updated ~2014), small kitchen with sink, gas range/stove, refrigerator, built in eating counter, room for a queen bed and small sitting area. The apartment also has a sitting area outside to include a garden. Also in the basement is storage, washer, dryer and freezer. The metal roof on the house was sanded and painted in March 2022 at which time all three skylights were also removed and replaced. New gutters were also installed in March 2022.
