All efforts are made to salvage the carpet and pad, however in the event of severe damage, the carpet, padding or sub-floor may need to be treated or replaced. Move in inspections are conducted prior to move in to document pre-existing damage, including photos of pet stains. A pet inspection will be conducted after move in to ensure compliance and no potential damage is occurring. Repetitive damage or un-registered pets can lead to termination of your lease. Companion, Service & Therapy Animals Official documentation is required for your Companion/Service/Therapy Animal to be accepted. No Pet Fee or Pet Security Deposit is required for these animals; however the tenant is still financially liable for any damage the animal causes. Companion/Service/Therapy animals must comply with property and/or community rules and regulations for behavior, not limited to aggressive behavior and pet cleanliness. Application fee: $45.00.
