The house is comfortable, cozy, and clean. The yard and back deck provide a great spot to relax. Having a private driveway is a luxury in Louisville, and the neighborhood is quiet and feels safe. The owners have been easily accessible by phone for any questions, concerns, or needs. I love it so much, I will be staying there again for my next travel assignment! The layout of this home makes it ideal for professionals to travel together with 2 bedrooms and a full bath on each floor. We are looking to rent to traveling professionals who need housing for 30+ days. We would prefer 90 day leases.
