Lease Duration & Move-In Costs

Last month's rent is due upfront at the time of lease signing.
A refundable security deposit of $2500 is required. It will be returned within 30 days of move-out, in accordance with New Jersey law, minus any deductions with an itemized statement.
Lease Termination & Early Exit
A minimum of 60 days' written notice is required prior to lease termination.
Early lease termination may be subject to additional fees unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Rent Payment & Late Fees
