The location is absolutely perfect; right next to a park, walking distance to a highly rated elementary school, and just a few minutes drive to grocery stores and shopping centers. I moved in on April 1 but as luck would have it, my work is relocating me to Denver. I need someone basically to take over my 1 year contract. I have paid the security deposit and admin fee so you don't have to worry about that. I will also pay until the end of June, so if you move in by June 15 you are basically staying there for free. Looking for someone to take over lease contract which will end on April 2, 2017. Tenant pays all utilities. Pets are allowed with fee and deposit.
