Immediately report infestations. The landlord will arrange pest control, but tenants may be responsible for damages caused by their actions.
5. Safety & Compliance

Keep windows and doors securely locked and report broken locks.
Ensure fire extinguishers (if provided) are functional and accessible.
6. Seasonal Maintenance

Clean and maintain air conditioning units during the summer, including replacing filters as necessary.
