Private rooms for rent with lock and key! All rooms are furnished with beds and dresser, the rest of the house is also furnished, shared kitchen and bathroom 1.No smoking inside property 2. Rent must be paid on the first of every month if not paid by the 2nd a $50 late fee will be required, if not paid by the 5th the occupants must vacate the property immediately 3. Cleanliness is a must!! Must clean bathroom tub toilet after use, must clean all dishes and counters and sweep after kitchen usage, must do your part in helping mop vacuum keeping yard and interior of house very clean 4. Must keep quiet, other tenants in the property so no loud music or tv, no arguments on the phone or with other tenates 5. No excessive drinking alcohol, absolutely no drug usage, violators will be asked to leave immediately. 6. Your food is your responsibility, you are not allowed to use anyone's food on the premises besides yours. 7. No long term company overnight, long term is over 2 nights, if your company for any reason conflicts with a paying tenate they will be band from the property, you are responsible for your company 100% so choose wisely ( these are just a few of the major rules so that you know what's expected, we will go over more)
