Living area: The house has 1000 SF of indoor living space - two bedrooms, a huge living room, kitchen, and new bathroom. There is expansive outdoor space all around. The living room has new tile flooring and the bathroom has been newly remodeled with new fixtures, lighting, paint and new bathtub/shower. Laundry: We have a laundry area on site with a washer and drier. Horse Facility: The house is part of a 3-acre horse facility. We are surrounded by orchards, nurseries, vineyards and wineries. The area is zoned for agriculture and minimum lot size is about 10 acres.
