Living area: The studio has 500 SF of indoor living space - a huge living room, kitchen, and new bathroom. There is expansive outdoor space all around. The living room has new tile flooring and the bathroom has been newly remodeled with new fixtures, lighting, paint and new bathtub/shower. Laundry: We have a laundry area on site with a washer and drier. Horse Facility: The studio is part of a 3-acre horse facility. We currently we don't have any horses, but our ideal tenant would be a horse person (people) who want to keep their horses (or other animals) on site, and put this facility to good use. We are surrounded by orchards, nurseries, vineyards and wineries. The area is zoned for agriculture and minimum lot size is about 10 acres.
