two story three bedroom apt bottom half of huge vic. basement has eight ft ceiling and can lights, a modest full bath and most of a kitchen. no stove but convection oven and microwave. concrete floor I have rugs and some furniture available. rest of basement has newer washer dryer and fair amt of storage. theres a separate entrance off of driveway and an interior staircase main floor has mostly ten foot ceilings, coved and box beamed, wood floors in okay shape painted a year ago, new quartz countertop, newer huge fridge, great shared porch and vestibule, no application fee, walk out dining room window to garage roof ie deck, private small yard. I live upstairs w my 100 lb newfydoodle. I'm 69 and very social but not a partier. monsterdotSAM is three very social and a partiet.
