The living room has a large and modern leather couch for up to five people. Thanks to the 65" UHD LED TV with Roku TV you have the possibility to spend cosy TV or Netflix evenings. A new air conditioning system including NEST control unit guarantees the right temperature. The dining room, which is next to the living room and flooded with light, has direct access to the covered outdoor area with terrace, pool and sun loungers.
