Canyon County Country Cottage is a fully furnished granny unit sitting behind the main house on the property. 2 bed 1 bath, approximately 750 square feet. Full kitchen. Washer/Dryer in unit. Everything you need to quickly move in and make yourself comfortable. We have goats and our tenants rent pasture for horses. It's a very country feel with lots of space to be outside. Only a few neighbors, and they're all wonderful. Just 6 minutes to downtown Nampa, and less to stores (Walmart, Albertsons, etc) and restaurants (many very good ones!). 25 minutes to downtown Boise. Perfect spot for a couple or small family moving to the area, either doing research or finishing a home build. Also perfect for students of Northwestern Lineman College (NLC) and the many other educational institutions, or traveling doctors and nurses. We're looking for a quiet tenant(s) who will respect the space and the neighbors and enjoy the peaceful environment that this is. The cottage is a very successful Airbnb, however we are looking for a longer term guest for several months. Currently we live off site until/while we build our home on the property. Hoping to finish the build by the end of 2021, though we aren't opposed to possibly extending beyond then. This listing is available come JULY 1, 2021. Airbnb bookings are already filling though June, so nightly stays can be booked via Airbnb through then.
