CHECKOUT: strictly 11am or before unless prior approval
EARLY CHECK IN: free subject to availability
LATE CHECKOUT: Checkout between 11am and 4pm: 50% of the daily rental rate. Checkout beyond 4pm: 100% of the daily rental rate. Subject to availability.
HOUSEKEEPING: No daily housekeeping service. Please inquire for availability and rates if additional housekeeping is needed.
TRASH: Upon checkout, please clean and dry your dishes and take your trash out to the trash room near the elevators. Recycling is on the parking under the building.
FUNCTIONS: Parties and functions are strictly prohibited. The unit is for domestic use only and not commercial.
NOISE: Please keep noise to a minimum between 10PM and 8AM.
No smoking. No drugs.
No pets allowed in or on the property.
DEPOSIT: The property is expected to be left in similar state to its condition on arrival. If not, a deposit may be deducted for excessive mess or repair/replacement for damages to the unit or its content. Security Deposit non-refundable upon less than 2 months cancellation notice.
