Wow, honey, this place is gorgeous! I love the front porch and the curb appeal of this house. Look, you can tell the roof and siding were replaced...they must have spent over $30,000 on that! And look at all the parking in the paved driveway, there's got to be room for 6 cars PLUS a 2-car garage...we can have all our friends over at the same time, no problem! Let's go inside! Wait, what! Freshly refinished hardwood floors on the entire main level? LOVE! Look at how big this living room is and it connects to the dining room with a bay window overlooking the rear yard. This is exactly what I want. The kitchen is just next door, and ooohh, they painted the cabinets white. I love a fresh and bright kitchen, makes me feel so welcome. Do you see this Corian counter with this ledge connecting to the eating area? It's perfect for everyday eating and for putting out food for parties with our friends and family. I also love how this kitchen is connected to the family room with the wood burning fireplace and a wet-bar!
