Pinetop/Lakeside is about 20 minutes away and Sunrise Ski Resort is about 45 minutes away. The community amenities are the best in the white mountains with 2 fitness centers, a jacuzzi and a heated pool. These may be able to be available to you at an additional charge. Inside the cabin you'll find 3 bedrooms plus an office and 2.5 bathrooms. Two bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. There are a plethora of windows with views of the pine trees throughout. This cabin comes furnished with 3 king beds ( 1 is a split king ) , 2 desks, a leather sectional, and indoor and outdoor dining table . Pets are not preferred but may be considered . Service animals will need valid documentation provided. Please note- there is no garage available but plenty of space to park multiple vehicles. The Cabin is available mid october- mid may. Must have good credit and be in good financial standing. Prefer 3x income to rent ratio or liquid assets and a credit score of 700+. Rent is $2500/month plus $300/ month for internet, youtube tv, water and electric, for a total of $2800/month. Applications must be filled out prior to showing . Owner pays for water, internet, youtube tv, gas, electric . Minimum 30 day stay, cabin is available for 6 months starting mid october to mid may.
