There may be some features that are not 100% ADA compliant that we are unaware of. There are front loading washer and dryer in the master. Kitchen has Refrigerator, DW, front knob range, undercabinet lighting. The unit has updated electrical, gas hvac, roof, on demand hot water. We are just now finishing refreshing it and it can be available within a week or so. the neighborhood is very safe and well monitored by police, the library, accessible park, and municipal center are 1 block away.
