I am moving to New York and unfortunately have to leave my amazing apartment :( The apartment is a 2 story, 1.5 bath 1200 sqft carriage house (mother in law suite) in the middle of Adams Morgan, U St and DuPont circle. The kitchen is enormous, the washer and dryer are brand new and in unit, and there is a private patio. The landlord is also extremely easy to get along with. Best part is that it comes with an amazing roommate! She is a recent GW grad finishing up her masters and working full time. She is considerate, clean and quiet (it's usually cleaner than in the pictures). She also regularly makes and shares cookies and other baked goods. Furniture is negotiable and the room is available immediately. Please include some information about yourself when you reply!
