    Newly refurbished 3 BR, 2BA, 1500 sq. ft. condo located in Grover Beach, available Oct. 5th. The kitchen/dining room area and master bathroom were renovated completely. Kitchen has all new cabinetry with granite countertops. Kitchen is fully equipped, including refrigerator, dishwasher, electric range, microwave, garbage disposal, sink baskets, and an RO filtered water system. Dining room has new flooring and has been repainted. Living room flooring is pristine. All 3 bedrooms are upstairs and quite large; they all evoke a feeling of spaciousness. The master bedroom has its own bathroom. All flooring and carpeting is new throughout the unit with the exception of the guest bathroom. The 1.5 car garage has plenty of storage capacity. There is a tiled area for your washer/dryer and additional pantry space. HOA fees are paid for by the owner, but all utilities/services are the tenant's responsibility. No smoking and no pets (no exceptions). The Security deposit is $2500 payable at lease signing. To view the unit and obtain an application, please plan on attending one of the open houses next weekend. The schedule is Saturday (10/10), 10-11 am and Sunday (10/11), 1-2 pm. Applications will be available at the showings. Please arrive fully masked and observe social distancing guidelines. We ask that you remove your shoes at the front door and refrain from touching anything, if at all possible. There are no application fees, however rental candidate finalists may be required to pay for a credit, employment history and background check ($49) to aid in our final selection. As normal in our selection criteria, we will be heavily weighting credit worthiness, income, rental history, rental references, job history, job stability and background checks. No smoking, no pets, parking in the garage only, NOT in front of the garage (HOA strongly urges if parked in front of your garage, you limit stay time to 15 minutes. Otherwise, parking is on the street (Longbranch Ave). As far as I know, utility costs are normal, however Grover Beach water rates are very high. I would limit your water usage. Utilities and other services (cable, Wi-Fi, TV, etc.) are the tenant's responsibility. As owners, we will pick up the monthly HOA fees. There is no sub-letting of the unit and guest visitations should be no longer than 2 weeks, unless you communicate to us specifically.
