Tours start December 14th. We're offering our former home to rent. It's a 1200 square foot single-family home with 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and an office. The office can be used as a third room but has no closet. Other items: In-unit washer and dryer; heat; Sonic internet; door codes for the backyard gate and front door (no keys needed); no shared walls with neighbors. Rent includes water, trash, and internet. The renter pays gas and electricity. The ADU in the backyard is not part of the rental. Sometimes, our extended family stays there for visits (we live in the neighborhood), and sometimes we rent it to visiting scholars. We ask that you pay for electricity and gas. Fiber internet, trash, water, and monthly gardening are included in the rental price. No pets and no smoking. Open to medium-term (at least 3 months) or long-term, or anything in between. For medium-term rentals, the house can be furnished.
