This is the main house on the property. It is on a very quiet street, on an almost 1 acre property located in between a beautiful creek and a hill. My grandma owns this house and I (her grandson) handle all the details. The tenant of the in-law unit has a cat and stays to herself. We are mainly looking for a responsible tenants. Pets are welcome and would love the backyard. This property is a short commute to both Palo Alto and San Jose. Yet has a country and rural feel. It is a great balance for someone that commutes and wants to live outside of the busy city life. The Kitchen/Dining/Living area are all spacious. Tennant pays for water and electricity.
