the neighborhood is very quiet and extremely safe to live in. the market value of the homes seem to increase rathe than decrease. the school district is one of the best in the country. i grew-up in this diatrict and returned to the area after i was divorced. I suppose that i did this because i feel at home here and also that i feel safe here as well.
