This apartment is on the second floor of the building - there are 20+ stairs total. There is no elevator. The whole building has concrete floors. The comfortable leather couch is great for lounging while reading or watching the Smart TV. You will sleep sound on the 12" green tea foam queen mattress. A steamer, hangers, and laundry basket for your convenience in the closet. The kitchen is completely equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven/stove, and dual sink. All cookware, dishes, silverware, and utensils are included. A dining table and chairs for eating and for your laptop. A coffee pot, coffee, sugar, creamer, and mugs are included. The spacious bathroom offers a rainfall shower head and a hand shower head, luxury towels, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. You are able to get mail and packages but it is up to you to check. I do not take responsibility for your mail or packages. Fully furnished, all utilities paid including wifi. No smoking or animals. Rental agreement signed with a refundable $500 deposit. Street parking. Smart lock on the apartment door, code on the building door, and a security camera on outside of building.
