West St. across from Millsaps College, The Monastery is a 30 second walk to Millsaps College, a 7 min walk to Baptist Medical Center, and a 19 min walk to UMMC. We are 2 mi from Highway 55, in the heart of the historic Midtown District. It is 7 mi from Jackson State U. and Downtown Jackson. This apartment is on the second floor of the building - there are 15-20 stairs total. There is no elevator. The floors are concrete throughout the building. We provide a smart lock on the door. The comfortable couch is great for lounging while reading or watching Netflix on the Smart TV. You will sleep sound on the 12" green tea foam queen mattress. A steamer, hangers, and laundry basket for your convenience in the closet. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven/stove, and dual sink. All cookware, dishes, silverware, and utensils are included. A dining table and chairs for eating and for your laptop. A coffee pot, coffee, sugar, creamer, and mugs are included. The spacious bathroom offers a rainfall shower head and a hand shower head, luxury towels, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. You are able to get mail and packages but it is up to you to check. I do not take responsibility for your mail or packages. Fully furnished, all utilities paid including wifi. No smoking or animals. Rental agreement signed with a refundable $500 deposit. Street parking. Smart lock on the apartment door, code on the building door, and a security camera on outside of building. This is a short term corporate rental - fully furnished including washer and dryer in the building. Not a longer term, unfurnished rental. No pets allowed. $100/one time cleaning fee
