One bedroom is on the main floor with an attached bath and the other two bedrooms are on the lower level and each have their own attached bathroom. There is no parking. Street parking is available with a city permit. Water and garbage are included in the monthly rent and tenants pay all other utilities (gas, electric, and cable/internet). Laundry is in unit and located in a closet in one of the lower level bedrooms. You have to go through one of the bedrooms to reach the laundry. Please make sure all decision makers are at the original showing as there may not be a time to get back in for multiple showings. This unit is tenant occupied so showing times are very limited and for the current tenant's privacy, we have to keep to our allocated time. The unit is available 10/15 or 11/1. It could be available earlier, but we can't make any promises. The reason for the mid month move in is so we can make sure the unit is painted, cleaned and ready to go for the new tenants.
