Very family-friendly neighborhood. Park behind my home contains a large hill known as "Mackey Mountain" and serves as a central gathering point for sledding in the winter. The neighborhood is also the home to Pine Valley Country Club and includes a private golf course, tennis courts, and clubhouse. For non-members, other tennis courts are available to Pine Valley residents. Lochinvar Drive is a quiet street with low traffic volume and many families with kids ranging from preschool to high school ages.
