This house was not been sold in 2002, I bought this house from the builder who was living in it at the time. The house has been repaint several times, both interior and exterior. I has finished hard wood floors through out except for both bath which are tile and the kitchen which has new vinyl tile. The roofing was replaced 3 years ago. updates and regular maintenance continue.
