The house used to be owned by a church. We were the third or fourth ministry family to live in it. We then bought it from the church and enjoyed it for several years. In our time in the house, we put laminate wood flooring through most of it, installed new central air (2008), replaced wood fence, put siding and new roof on shed and replaced roof on house, opened the living room up by removing wall, remodeled the main bathroom and completely remodeled the kitchen (2 years ago). It is a great house in a great neighborhood. You will love being close to the high school and being among some great people. The half mile round subdivision is great for walking. The trees are all treated and ready for new owners!
