Last night a housebreaking happened in avalon apartment 2. He took one X-box and a TV from the house. I was at home alone and did not even notice that he entered the house without my permission with his back up keys(he was supposed to give me key back, but apparently he did not tell me that he copied the key). Anyway, at first I thought he was taking his belongings in the house. But I suddenly saw him dragging a floor lamp and taking other things from my house. I tried to stop that but he drove away. He did not see me so he came back again after an hour to try to steal other things from the house. Today I called the police and they did not reply. One of the officer told me this is a civil issue, they usually don't take care of this. I am still waiting for a police to be back on duty. Me and my roommate was very desperately disappointed with the response from the police. Avoid this person name Jung Hong Suk if possible
