Charming condo in Honolulu. Quiet and private while still being close to downtown (5mins). 10 mins from Waikiki. Nights are breezy and cool. Some mild traffic noise but not much after 8pm. I've never had trouble sleeping. Street parking is readily available. I want to make sure you have a great stay. Plenty of street parking. I never have trouble finding a parking space. All utilities are paid and the unit has wifi. Other listings I've seen are not even close to being as nice as 1617. The extra $100/month is totally worth the front yard/front porch, and location.
