So if your pet(s) are well behaved then there won't be a problem but it they are not then this probably isn't a good fit for you. I'm going to be asking these prequalifying questions before setting up any showings: -Who would be living at the house/apartment? -What is the relationship? -Where is everyone working, how long have they been employed there and what is each person?s take home monthly income? -Any pets? If so what kind? -When would you be wanting to take possession?
