Original hard wood through out has been recently sanded and has 1 or 2 coats of polyurethane but could use more coats. The floors in the 2 bedrooms were not done (had planned to lay carpet but never did). Brick fireplace (gas), open floor plan, lots of natural light. Located in an older but quiet and clean neighborhood with mostly older people. Big fenced in backyard with storage shed. Could use some paint on the outside and a few other updates, but is very cute with character just as it is.
