This is a large one bedroom basement apartment that does have an extra room that could be an additional bedroom but it is quite small. I have attached a floor plan. A new ceramic floor has been recently installed in the kitchen and the bedroom. There has just been added a new wood floor in the living room shown in the pictures of this apartment. The laundry room in the floor plan is not private to this unit but is available to the other two apartments through a rear entrance. There are laundry hookups on the utilities separate to this unit but the dryer would have to be gas and not electric. No pets on this one please!
