The heat pump unit is hooked up to a special program with the electric company where June – September it receives ½ on the power it uses. The heat pump also provides heat most of the year, and does it cheaper than through burning natural gas. Feel free to talk to any of the neighbors outside, and look at the neighborhood pride. Everybody watches out for each other, and the neighborhood is very active in the National Night Out program.
