The place is very safe, as it is a gated community and is well-lit at night. Many families and young professionals live here. The apartment has a nice kitchen, central AC/Heating and washer & dryer. The community has a pool, hot tub, gym, and great, responsive management. The unit itself is newly renovated and includes a balcony. Rent is $440/mo. Utilities are shared and they range from $70 to $100 You would be living with 3 busy young professionals. Master suite is shared by my sister and her boyfriend.. they have a dog that stays in a crate or in their room. We are looking for someone laid back - no smoking inside the house and has stable income (through job or financial aid). We're friendly but dont really like parties or big events as we all have different working schedules. Please reply with your ideal move in date! No smoking, no parties, utilities are not included.
