Monthly rent As advertised. This price reflects a monthly rental concession for on-time payment and does not include pet fees. One-year lease terms generally apply between April and July. Shorter or longer lease terms may apply out of season or at the discretion of the landlord. A security deposit equal to one month's non-discounted rent plus pet fees is required. Applicants must have good credit, rental, and background history to qualify.
