Apartment: W/D in unit; partially furnished; 1,100 square foot apartment; central heating and a/c; large renovated kitchen with dishwasher and dining nook;hardwood floors; balcony. I don't currently have a cleaning service, though happy to split one. Existing furniture includes couch, bookcase, flatscreen, TV center.
