It is tastefully furnished and decorated featuring a spacious kitchen, living room with trey ceiling opening to an extended screened porch/lanai great for entertaining and BBQ cook-outs watching the sun go down. It also has a separate dining room. The primary suite is luxurious with its king-sized bed and walk-in shower, double sink vanity and huge closet. There are two additional guest rooms set privately that have queen and full size beds. Also, a bonus versatile flex room can be used as a den or office. The kitchen is complete with a gas range/oven, microwave, dish washer, coffee and expresso maker, cooking and dinnerware. The unit includes an LG Smart washer and dryer. Several weeks supply of consumables are provided to get you going. Luxurious hotel quality bedding and towels are provided. Weekly cleaning service options are available. TERMS AND CONDITIONS Applications are prequalified by the property manager and HOA association. A detailed fact sheet and lease is presented for signature. A reserve deposit (to be returned at end of lease period) is required to reserve the unit. High season is $9,000 monthly (December through April), mid-season is $6,000 monthly (September Through November), low season is $4,500 monthly (May through August). Minimum lease is for three months during high season, otherwise, two months. Utilities, and internet/wifi are included. 13% Florida hospitality tax is added for less than six month rentals.
