Perks of this home: TONS of 1930s historic charm - Refinished original hardwood floors, 2 original fireplaces (not working) with beautiful old mantels, tons of windows, and painted solid pine wood paneling upstairs. A great floor plan - The first floor has an open floor plan with a spacious formal dining room. The downstairs bedroom has a lovely ceiling fan and customized walk-in closet. The upstairs is spacious and can serve as a large bedroom with a bonus den or office area. There is a second walk-in closet and door at the base of the stairs making the upstairs private. Outdoor living spaces - This house offers a front porch, a carport that has been converted into a second porch, and a backyard with a patio and fence. We also fully re-insulated the upstairs to help keep utility costs as low as possible and added a mini-split in the upstairs bedroom to allow for separate temperature control. Long story short, this isn't a typical rental that is full of bandaids and maintenance issues. We also are just a phone call away if you ever have an issue!
