In response to COVID-19 and in keeping with our goal to best serve the well-being of our community, we will be operating remotely until further notice with zoom video meetings, phone calls, and emails. My response times may be longer than normal, thank you for your patience and flexibility. If you are interested please do not disturb tenants.
So here are the next steps to getting you in the house.
1. Go do a drive by and check out the place. If you haven't already. Then if you like it email me and let me know and I can send you a video tour.
2. Then fill out a Zillow application for all of you, if you have a co-signer I would need their information
3. I need proof of income and Assets via a paystub and bank statement.
4. I need current and past employer and land lord to verify references.
5. Then I have time to show you a walk through and have you sign the lease and receive the damage deposit.
No Cats or Dogs allowed.
There are three bedrooms on top and the bathroom, kitchen, living room, laundry, and bedroom is on the main floor. At this moment with COVID-19 I am NOT doing any walk through unless you have filled out an application and given me your application deposit and you are partially approved. Then we can arrange a time to do a walk through and sign the lease and if you like it I will cash your deposit. Then before you move in I will need the rest of the rent prior to getting keys.
This is a total new remodel. New Drywall, new paint, and new carpet is in upstairs. New flooring downstairs and new fixtures. Close to a great running trail and Barkley shopping center and I max theater.
Brand new remodel, new kitchen, flooring. Only damage deposit required to hold your place after approved application. First months rent required to be paid and deposit prior to move in.
If you like the place I will need a non-refundable application fee for $100 to move forward with verifying your application. I will need proof of income to make sure you can afford the rent and assets to show you have the damage deposit. Once you have been approved, then we can schedule a walk through and sign the lease and receive the damage deposit of $2,250 then I will hold it for you. I will need first months rent and any deposits before moving in. Tenant pays all utilities.
Free house cleaning 2 hrs bi monthly. No expense to the tenants.
Tenant responsible for power, Garbage, utilities, and yard maintenance.
