The studio I am currently short term renting a few days at a time, there is someone below you....fyi. There is potential for noise because this area is very dense but for the most part, it is quiet and laid back. I need the same in a month to month stay starting Nov 15th and then on to the month of December if all works well and you want to stay another month, just let me know. Avoid the airbnb charges of $500 to $600 and work with me directly on the month to month stay. $500 Security Deposit... returned very quickly like within 10 days. No utility deposits, simplicity for you. You get everything you need, off-street parking, full size living room, dining room, kitchen, bedroom and bath.
