12 month lease. Tenant must pass a criminal & financial background check. Cost is $35 which tenant pays online with a credit card. Proof of gross income must be 3 times the yearly rent.The preference is to submit rent via ZELLE. Other methods are acceptable. Tenant must keep rental clean. Tenant must report any change in appliances asap. Any damage to the property, done while residing in the rental will be expected to be repaired & paid for by the tenant with repair person chosen by the landlord.
