Similar house near by rents for $1,800 a month so plenty business opportunity here as well. Great retirement home or a place to raise a kid/kids. Very peaceful.
We loved it here and will miss it but we need more room for our animals. Needs a little work.

What the owner loves about this home
Besides the location, it is walking distance to home depot, walmart and chick-a-fila, it feels like it is secluded. I love the big front porch. The road is fun to walk on and ride bikes on. The home is spacious but not too big. It has a walk-in pantry and closet. I like the extra back room, even though it needs a little work. I love the memories we made here and hope someone else can make wonderful memories also.
