It is only half a mile from downtown Orono, 15 minutes from Downtown Bangor and under 10 minutes from the University of Maine. There is plenty of parking space. Rent is month to month and all utilities except wifi are included. We may also be willing to sell you some of the current apartment furnishings at a discounted rate. The landlords are absolutely fantastic and live right upstairs, so you can count on a quick response from them year round. Plus, if you are a dog person, they will even let you walk their beautiful dogs (if you are not a dog person, don't worry, they stay upstairs). Finally, while the apartment is currently being advertised for two people, it is possible for 1 person or 3 people to rent it.
