Parking a car/truck on the slab of cement in front of the house must require proper motor liquid leak check. If vehicle is leaking any type of motor oil /staining liquids- then vehicle must park in the back parking lot area. No 18 wheeler or over a ton vehicle permitted to park in the front of the house. Any construction or home improvements, modifications wanting to be done by Tenant will need Owner permission and written agreement. Any construction or home improvement wanting to be done by owner will be coordinated with renter. Any modifications that need to be done to the contract will be expressed to the renter.
