It gets great sunlight and is in a clean and safe neighborhood about half a mile away from the Beaverton Creek park and ride. There is also plenty of storage space. Two of the bedrooms are very large, and the master has a walk-in-closet. The third bedroom is about half the size of the other two rooms (8 by 11). I started a full herb garden on the back deck that will be in full swing by the move in date! The lease can start anytime between mid July and August for 11 to 12 months, with the potential to renew lease for another year after.
