I am getting new gravel for the driveway. Laundry is in the garage below. I Still have to do a few touch ups and the final cleaning. Renter pays electric and water is split with the house next door based on amount of occupants. The unit does have window units and propane heat. Renter is responsible for propane and upon completion of their contract, returning the propane to the level it is on move in date. No smoking in the unit or garage.
