We are looking for a responsible roommate to share a large 4-bedroom home with us in Placentia (between Fullerton and Yorba Linda). The property is off of Yorba Linda Blvd. and Placentia. Walking/biking distance to CSUF. The room is available immediately. We have a furnished room available. $650 rent & utilities included. Private bathroom now, but the possibility of sharing with another room mate in the future. You will have house privileges (with guidelines), safe street parking, laundry, internet and central heat/air. It is a studious healthy living environment. Very clean, cozy and safe environment. We have a small dog. We are not accepting new pets in the house though, sorry.The house is usually kept very quiet. Also, very rarely are more than two of us home at any time since we keep very busy with work.There are no pets, smoking, or drugs allowed. The room has a $650 deposit and month-to-month terms.
