1 Master Bedroom with half bathroom located in good neighborhood ,easy access everywhere, TV,laundry,kitchen and utilities included Tenant acknowledge ,understand and agree of the following household rules: 1. Rental payment on time, delinquent payment will automatically cause termination of contract and Tenant must leave the premises the same day . 2.Tenant must maintain cleanliness of room and the common areas, any damage and wear during the stay have to be repaired before end of the lease or leave, any additions to the room should be discussed with the Owner before installed. 3.Room only can be occupied by the Tenant named above and any additional person will need approval from the landlord and there will be an extra charge added to the rent for each additional person. 4.Room rented is not for illegal activities or immoral purposes ,Tenant will be respectful to other Tenants considering noise disturbance ,timely manner usage of common areas and designated parking spot (5 cars /1000 sq ft rented space),any additional vehicles will be charged extra. 5.Landlord have the right to enter the premises for property inspection as needed. 6. Landlord has no liability on Tenant's property and Injury inside the premises . 7.No plastic /paper products /Toys/Jewellery/Cigarettes should be flush in the toilet .Leave the toilet clean after use. 8.Be cautious of power and water usage ,TURN OFF after using appliances ,lights and water ,CLOSE THE DOOR and WINDOW at all times. 9.Be respectful of other tenant's food/possession in the fridge and the general area (kitchen and laundry) has a day assigned to each room to avoid crowding . 10. Please do not smoke in or with the door open or cracked. Please smoke outside and throw away all butts and ashes in the proper trash can. 11. ASIC miner computer and EV vehicle charge will be charged with electrical surcharge / month. Visitation hours end at 10:00 pm please take in account you are responsible for your guest and please govern the behavior and manage the time they are there, THEIR ACTIONS ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
