Enjoy the comfort of a cozy home, a beautiful clubhouse with a community pool, hot tub, and fitness room, and easy access to the top attractions in the Verde Valley. Please note that the HOA requires a $50 non-refundable fee to use the clubhouse and pool/hot tub that is not included COMMUNITY POOL & HOT TUB: The pool is heated March 1st through October 31st of each year. The hours are 6:30am to 9pm. Heating schedule hours are subject to change. Guests will need to have an orientation in the clubhouse to get registered with a $50 fee for the fob which we will reimburse. When you're not exploring the famous landmarks of Sedona or teeing off on the rolling fairways, there's plenty to do closer to home. You're only 20 minutes from Sedona and 10 minutes to the "Wickedest Town in the West", Jerome.
